What is that? Twin Lux LED Magnifier
The Precision Vision staff returned home recently from nearly two solid months of tradeshow related travel as we enjoyed visiting with customers in Austria, St. Louis, Las Vegas, Boston, and Orlando.
At each tradeshow we met with customers who had travelled from all over the world and represented a variety of disciplines but whether they were an Ophthalmologist, an Optometrist, an Optician, a Researcher, or an Educator they all asked the same question, What is that?
They were referring to the Twin Lux LED magnifier, (pictured below) because it does not look, or work, like a traditional illuminated stand magnifier.

The Twin Lux LED Magnifier provides the world's largest field of view at 4.4x magnification. This magnification is created by two aspheric light weight lenses placed at a precisely engineered distance which in turn creates the large field of view.
The illumination for the Twin Lux is created via three 4 chip SMD LEDs which provide a very bright, consistent high contrast light source and creates the ideal illumination for reading material due to its’ special light emitting diode.
In addition, the Twin Lux is available in three light temperatures (2700K, 4500K, and 6000K) for improved reading acuity and allows customization for each indivdual's unique visual needs.
The Twin Lux LED magnifier also creates a comfortable reading posture through its’ ergonomically tilted style and has been engineered to have low energy consumption and provide a long battery life.
We at Precision Vision greatly enjoy meeting with our customers and eye care professionals at each and every tradeshow since it not only gives us the opportunity to meet face to face but also allows us to share the innovative devices and solutions available.
Although we are finished travelling for 2011, planning is well underway for the 2012 tradeshow calendar where we will demonstrate the Twin Lux LED Magnifier as well as the entire Precision Vision product line at each show. We hope to be able to meet with you in person at one of these shows.
