Multi-distance testing
Each flip chart has pages of five numbers in MassVAT format at 9.5M size
The contrast levels vary by page: 25%, 10%, 5%, 2.5%, and 1.2%.
Two versions are available for repetitive testing (Scrambled version CAT. NO. 2705)
Test includes a soft-tipped pointer, recording forms (CAT. NO. 2514) and test instructions.

PV Numbers are a highly calibrated optotype used for the testing of multiple langauges. PV Number are recognizable to patients that are not familiar with the Roman alphabet. Also, PV Numbers are calibrated to Sloan optotypes and follow the idea of the Snellen 5x5 grid. They also display equal difficulty and blur at threshold. This calibration makes PV Numbers optotypes accurate, repeatable, and reliable.
