Multi-distance testing
Each flip chart has pages of five numbers in MassVAT format at 9.5M size
The contrast levels vary by page: 25%, 10%, 5%, 2.5%, and 1.2%.
Two versions are available for repetitive testing (Scrambled version of CAT. NO. 2704)
Test includes a soft-tipped pointer, recording forms (CAT. NO. 2514) and test instructions.

The use of two separate flip books while testing one patient is a useful and accurate procedure. With the use of two flip books, repetitive testing is possible without the possibility of memorization. Both flip books, Cat. No. 2705 and Cat. No. 2704 use 5 levels of contrast and a 9.5 M size for testing. Also, both flip books come with instructions and recording forms for accurate and reliable testing.
