This Near Vision chart is practical for testing children ages 3-5 years. It features HOTV optotypes that can be easily identified and quickly taught to preliterates. This eye test chart features a MassVat format on both sides for optotype isolation. The contour interaction achieved with the bars helps to detect Amblyopia. Chart also includes a response key for quicker, easier and more accurate testing.
