PV Numbers are useful for testing patients world wide. Even though a patient may not be familiar with the Roman alphabet, they are probably familiar with numbers. Each number was specifically chosen to adhere to a particular difficulty score and specific size. PV Numbers are calibrated to Sloan letters and are very reliable, easy to use and accurate.
