On-line orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Precision-Vision.com web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, Precision Vision accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Because Precision Vision operates in Illinois, we are required to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to an Illinois address. Orders shipped outside Illinois will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Precision Vision Web Site, but you may want to consult applicable tax laws in your state. Order Status/My Account
You may check your My Account profile for updates on the status of your order. Once an item has been shipped, this information will be reflected on the My Account page. International Orders are accepted. We will notify you of your shipping costs.

When you complete the Precision Vision member registration process, you agree to all of the terms herein. Precision Vision may update these terms and will notify you via our monthly newsletter or a prominent posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of Precision Vision after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.
When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, and are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Precision Vision will contact you before proceeding with your order.
While the Precision Vision team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Precision Vision cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Precision Vision is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
Shipping Methods and Charges:
Our main shipping vendor is FedEx. All domestic orders will ship ground unless otherwise indicated. These charges will not appear on order confirmations. If you would like us to notify you of these charges prior to shipping your order, indicate this by requesting a shipping charge total in the memo section upon placing an order. Each shipping and handling charge is done per order, the lowest possible cost is charged.
Precision Vision strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange. If you must return your purchase, a restocking fee may apply, this is determined by the reason for the return. Refunds are offered in many cases and require prior contact with our office by phone or email. Exclusions do apply.

Precision Vision works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us as soon as possible (within 3 business days of placing your order) at 1-800-772-9211 and we will do our best to cancel your order. Our products are made by us and are expected to be free of material and workmanship defects. If you have a problem with any of or products we want to know about it as soon as the defect is observed. We will gladly exchange any defective items immediately.
