4 Meter / 13 Foot Distance Sloan Test

Two smaller groups 5M to 2M for repetitive testing (20/25, 6/7.5 to 20/10, 6/3 equiv.).

Designed to fit within Precision Vision Small Illuminator Cabinets (914 & 930) or can be mounted onto a wall if desired. 

Sloan chart uses traditional optotypes that follow a 5x5 grid idea. Sloan eye test uses logarithmic format and has equivalents on each side. They include LogMar, Decimal, 10 feet, and Meters for easy acuity recording.

Chart comes in three scrambled versions (CAT. NO. 2102A, 2102B and 2102C) or an identical REVERSED optotype chart (CAT. NO. 2102R) used for mirror testing in smaller offices.
