In these stressful and turbulent times, we are reaching out to you to inform you that Precision Vision is taking action to remain open to service our customers. We cannot anticipate future actions to contain the virus but until we’re told otherwise we will continue to provide you with the quality service and products you expect from us. We continue manufacturing at full capacity and providing products to healthcare, clinical trials and vision research daily.
What else are we doing?
- We will continue to follow CDC guidelines on cleaning, travel, social distancing, limiting guests, etc. We have also put all our employees through training on good practices to remain healthy and not put any of our employees at risk.
- We are communicating with our logistics teams regularly to maintain awareness of possible delays or obstacles in getting your orders delivered.
- We’re in steady communication with our suppliers to understand how their operations are impacted and are adjusting our purchasing and inventory practices aiming for uninterrupted supply of raw materials and components.
- We are very well positioned with inventory and have warehousing capabilities for ourselves and a limited amount for our customers if necessary.
We need to know about the scope and timing of projects you are working on that require standard or custom products from us. Please reach out so that we can help you plan for success with timely and uninterrupted service and supply.
We are aware that many clinical trials are forging forward in addition to the warrior medical staff on the front lines. Most importantly, we are proud of you, we appreciate you, and we are here for you. We want you to know that we care and we are here in whatever capacity we can be helpful.
